The Business Affairs Manager holds financial stewardship for all assigned client accounts and works closely with Account Services to monitor staffing, agency compensation, and profitability.
Generate and issue internal financial reports: Quarterly client revenue forecast, Monthly client revenue and Monthly revenue variance analysis
Provide manpower fee estimates for various clients by project or a specified time period.
Ensure compliance with client contract.
Keep CFO and Director of Business Affairs informed of key issues.
Work closely with Shared Financial Services on client billing activity.
Monitor time reporting on accounts.
Maintain a proactive stance in helping to resolve problems and key issues on clients.
Manage working investment on clients (accounts payable, accounts receivable, unbilled revenue).
Act as liaison with other Wunderman/Y&R offices and administer inter-company service agreements between companies.
Recommend and negotiate client compensation agreements.
Ensure SOX compliance with revenue recognition.
Prepare client reconciliations.
Understand clients’ needs and the agency resources necessary to meet them.

Solid Advertising industry knowledge and client experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
