Provides technical support on all product lines to clients and associates. THIS IS NOT A COMPUTER TECH SUPPORT POSITION
Communicates with internal and external departments.
Answers inbound calls from Technical Support ACD lines.
Performs outbound calls as assigned.
Documents contacts and follow ups in system database.
Documents and reports product trends and customer complaints.
Ensures accurate client information is documented and processed.
Assists field representatives with technical and procedural issues.
Processes and distributes outbound data and paperwork.
May be placed on a rotating shift or on-call status.
Performs quality audits as requested.
Assists with other departmental duties and training as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service experience a plus.
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Computer literacy in a Windows environment .
