JOB SUMMARY
Receives, quality controls, logs, distributes, monitors and may complete project specifics of franchise, public, or contractual projects from conception through the Residential Sales, Design, Engineering, and Construction group processes. Performs consistent data input for these groups and others to assist in creating a smooth and successful flow of projects from inception to completion with high emphasis on accuracy.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Receives and returns incoming design, engineering, and construction phone / electronic traffic as the one-source Cox contact for internal or external customers.
Facilitates the receiving, quality control, logging, tracking, distributing or completing of pertinent project/task requests from internal or external customers.
Maintains effective lines of communication between all internal and external customers to proactively resolve daily and escalated issues as needed.
Identifies possible data errors and instigates reconciliation with needed parties to ensure data accuracy.
Participates in internal and external meetings as needed.
Works closely with ICOMS personnel to reconcile problems as identified.
Supports TMC team with primary administrative and clerical functions on an ongoing basis.
Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
1 to 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or customer service position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to maintain an assertive yet professional demeanor in gathering and disseminating data.
Excellent customer service, phone, and email (writing ability) skill sets.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including good listening skills.
Strong working knowledge of computer operating systems, including Microsoft office suite, ICOMS, Remedy, GNIS software.
General knowledge of HFC / Fiber rebuild and new build project process flow.
Ability to function independent of supervision.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations with internal and external customers.
Works well with others internally and externally.
Respectful of others.
Able to maintain and work through conflicts.
