The primary purpose of this position is to support First Year College staff both in their advising and teaching roles.
A bachelor’s degree is required with some office assistant experience.
Departmental Required Skills
The applicant should be familiar with the workings of an office with skills to – file, greet visitors, provide customer service, mail sorting, answering phones, etc.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
Prefer experience with Microsoft Office – especially Word and Excel.
