**This position can be based in either Denver or Boulder**
Are you the go-to person for your company’s website updates? Are you highly proficient in Drupal 7? Do you have strong PHP, HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript skills? Rally Software is seeking a motivated Web Developer to assist with custom development and ongoing updates for our public website.
The Web Developer will be a member of our corporate Marketing Department and will report to the Director of Web Experience. The primary responsibilities of this Web Developer is to leverage your strong and creative web dev skills within our Drupal framework to create, implement and manage ongoing content, design and navigation-related functionality. We work in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional team members as well as with several outside agencies to translate ideas, create new content, and deploy updates across multiple websites in support of the Company’s business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Create, produce and manage content for the Company’s web presence including:
micro-sites, landing pages, promotions, events, demos, presentations, and more
Build, maintain and edit site architecture, navigation and page layouts
Maintain a consistent look and visitor interaction throughout the sites
QA of web content to ensure accuracy and functionality
Coordinate multiple projects and requests from various stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
5+ years professional experience producing and managing web content for an organization
Drupal 7 expertise required including custom module creation and advanced theming experience
Advanced knowledge of PHP highly desirable (foundational skills required)
Senior-level HTML and CSS required
JavaScript knowledge and experience with JS frameworks such as JQuery
Experience with Linux and GIT preferred
Experience with MySQL preferred
Experience connecting web analytics and tracking tools into Drupal
Google Analytics experience a plus
Excellent attention to detail and high quality standards
Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical abilities
Self starter, ability to work and participate in a team environment
Excellent project management skills
