MAGII Pension Services if looking for a full-time 401(k)/403(b) plan administrator with the ability to be flexible, creative and detailed with client servicing and administration.

We are seeking an experienced third party administration professional for our growing firm who possesses strong analytical and exceptional client service skills. Our firm provides an excellent compensation and benefits package along with an enjoyable and warm work environment .

a dependable, reliable and consistent work ethic Responsibilities:
Complete plan administration, including eligibility determination, preparation of financial statements, allocations of contributions/forfeitures, calculation of vesting percentages, loan and distribution calculations and preparation of Form 5500 and all relates schedules.

Nondiscrimination testing, including ADP/ACP calculations -- refunds, earnings, QNEC's, penalties, etc.

Preparation of plan documents, plan amendments and preparation of SPD's.

Run proposals for new comparability cross-tested plans.

Execute and collaborate on a multitude of compliance related activities such as government filings, required annual disclosures, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, and external audits.

Interface with actuaries, attorneys, Information Technology (IT) personnel, trustees, and 401(k) record-keepers as needed.

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in third party administration

Knowledge of insurance, securities and asset management

Exceptional customer service skills

ACT, Outlook, Word/Excel

Extremely organized and detail driven

Ability to multi-task and work under occasional time constraints

Industry licenses, such as APA, APR, ERPA, QKA or QPA About MAGII Pension Services:
