Provides professional technical service and support to ensure the high quality and cost effective management of the medical equipment within the assigned area(s) of Community Health Network and other locations supported by the Clinical Engineering Department; Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and verify performance of the assigned clinical equipment and systems, in accordance with Clinical Engineering policies and processes, to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Medical Equipment Management Program.
Minimum of Associates Degree in Electronics, BiomedicalEquipment, Engineering, Technology or a related field, or commensurate educationand experience
Minimum of three (3) year of progressive and relevant previous experience servicing medical equipment or related technology and systems while obtaining the competency level; OR Minimum of five (5) years of relevant previous experience outside of the healthcare environment
Valid Driver's License Required
