Job Description:

Essential Functions*:
Processing weekly payroll and handling employee payroll
issues.
Maintain personnel files for Human Resources Department
in a highly confidential manner, including new employee
files, employee change forms, I9 forms, etc.
Verify completeness of personnel files and coordinate
obtaining any missing paperwork from Branches.
Maintain Applicant Tracking Log for all applications
received to ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations.
Coordinate employee termination paperwork, including
pulling appropriate personnel file, verifying
completeness of paperwork and submitting termination
reports.
Assist with hiring processes and ensure Supervisors are
in compliance with all Federal, State and company
guidelines.
Assist with maintenance of Regional personnel files and
HR reports.
Assist with recruiting efforts through the posting of
jobs through on-line posting system.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Job duties or responsibilities may be modified as
needed to reflect changing priorities and/or work
conditions with ABM.

Requirements:
High school or equivalent GED required
1-2 years general office experience, records management
a preferred.
Good communication skills and able to work with
different management levels
Ability to work within deadlines in a fast paced
environment
Some overtime may be required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Speed and Accuracy a must
