Lead the engineering management of the cross functional product team to improve product warranty, product features, product customer acceptance, product change management, and product cost management.
Evaluate product and project status to ensure project quality, timeliness, and direction as well as ensure that proper resources are being used.
Meet with staff and management from various departments to coordinate efforts/schedules regarding design, development, and testing to maintain product production and complete projects.
Establish priority and scope of work, delegate workload to assigned personnel.
This position requires a four-year college degree in Mechanical Engineering along with six years of prior experience. A working knowledge of products in lift truck or mobile equipment design is required. Supervisory experience is desired for this position.
