Job description Web Developer/Business Analyst will work with contract personnel, and Government customers to create and maintain custom web applications and SharePoint sites supporting HQ USCENTCOM on Department of Defense networks SIPRNET, NIPRNET, and all coalition networks.

Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%. Candidates are not able to refuse project based on travel. (2252)

Required

High School Diploma/GED

At least 1 year experience in web application programming.

At least 1 year experience in and ability to develop, implement, and maintain web-based application systems.

At least 1 year experience in developing web applications using the following: Classic ASP, ASP.NET, VB.Net/C#), VBScript and JavaScript.

At least 1 year experience in and ability to gather requirements, implement process improvement, document diagrams and requirement documents.

At least 1 year experience in working as a liaison between the web development team and non-technical customer.

At least 1 year experience in Software Development Lifecycle principles, concepts, and techniques including software design concepts, test methods, and integration practices.

At least 1 year experience in and ability to work O (operations and maintenance) tasks; maintaining web servers and sites, troubleshooting issues, and debugging and documenting legacy systems.

At least 1 year experience in organization and the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities. Sound written and verbal communication skills and ability to give coherent briefings.

Security clearance of ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week

U.S. citizenship required

English: Intermediate

Bachelor's Degree

At least 1 year experience in process Improvement, requirements gathering, SharePoint 2010 permissions management is a plus. Experience with VM Ware is a plus. ; Experience developing solutions building Web Parts

At least 1 year experience in developing SharePoint portal sites to manage all project specific documents, and information is a plus. SQL Server (developing database elements) & SQL Reporting Services a plus.

Certified in ability to obtain 8570 certification such as Security +.
