Assists the Regional Investigations Manager in the supervision of Marmaxx National Task Force Loss Prevention Investigators and programs within an assigned market.
Manages and coordinates strategies which reduce organized external fraud activities.
Conducts specialized and complex investigations to resolve substantial organized retail crime, theft & fraud that occur in the Stores or that otherwise cause loss to the company.
Conducts and assists in other high-level investigations as assigned.
Communicates with Marmaxx Regional and District Loss Prevention Managers within a market on all matters regarding external fraud.
Works in partnership with Marmaxx District Managers and Store Managers to ensure gathering of necessary evidence.
Develops alliances with high-level Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, which maximize prosecution and restitution opportunities.
Ensures the protection of Marshall’s and TJ Maxx assets and their associates.
Investigation and Interview skills
Knowledge of legal, judicial and evidentiary procedures
Knowledge of retail store operations
2 years of single-store Loss Prevention management or 4 years of multi-store investigative experience or
2 years law enforcement / criminal investigative supervisory experience or 4 years law enforcement / criminal investigative experience
