ORT - capture failing product from ORT, raise monitor, escalation as necessary.
OBA - Capture failing product from OBA and Assembly Line.
First Article Inspection Procedure (FAI)
Customer Field Return coordination support
CAPA - Drive, resolve, measure in region CAPA issues.
Factory process related product criteria (impact to Product Quality )
Special Case/excursion prevention
New Product Introduction Support
Implemented and maintained a product/supplier scorecard rating program, and improved supplier performance.
Early Warning Program and Managing CAPAs.
Have consumer hardware experience.
Minimum 2 years experience of high tech product development, manufacture or quality control.
Able to lead meetings with China in evening and communicate communication requirements.
1 year project management experience.
Education: BSEE or BSME or related
Prototype, production qualification, reliability, and acceptance testing.
Statistical analysis of process and product performance. Led process improvement team efforts, and created and taught a Quality Indicator methodology.
Customer and supplier interface for all quality issues. Resolved quality related supplier problems while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Leading process improvement and cost savings activities.
Support product development with smooth transition to quality sustaining activities
Establish and manage of supply chain metrics.
