Payroll responsibilities include entering timesheets, preparing all applicable monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, submitting union benefit reports, and reporting garnishments. Other duties include answering telephones, coding AP invoices, and assisting with various projects. Qualified applicant must have a minimum of two years experience processing payroll and using Excel and Word. Knowledge of Computer Ease software and job costing is beneficial. Position is approximately 30 hours per week.
