The Graphic Design Creative Lead serves in a lead capacity for the development and maintenance of an effective corporate identity for LifeSource and other Chicago-based business units that supports ITxM organizational branding. The Graphic Design Creative Lead has project management responsibilities that include daily supervision of the Chicago-based Marketing Communications creative/design team, working closely with account management and copywriting team members, and acting as the key client contact when the need arises. The Graphic Design Creative Lead may act as primary designer for specific Pittsburgh-based ITxM business units. This position works with all levels of vendors in the production and delivery of creative materials.
Supplies strategic direction for corporate branding of the company and all its business units/functional areas. Serves as lead designer and provides design strategy and creative consultancy/execution for AABB TXPO and all major trade shows. Serves as internal production manager for all LifeSource creative materials, as well as select ITxM creative materials.
- Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design or equivalent preferred
- 3 years of experience working in a graphic design/creative material production
- 3 years of progressively more responsible experience in the field
- Prior management experience preferred
Knowledge of Adobe platform CS III, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress, base Windows programs including Publisher required. Knowledge of Flash, Dreamweaver, and After Effects programs preferred.
