DUTIES: Registration, scheduling, benefits and coordination of physical, occupational, and speech therapy care for outpatients; communication with medical offices/referral sources and daily customer service

EXPERIENCE: Two years of secretarial experience, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, excellent phone and typing skills. Competence with managing electronic medical records, Outlook, and health care backround preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Self-starter with confidence multi-tasking and comittment to customer service to both internal and external customers.

REQUIREMENTS: Typing 50 wpm and Grammar/Spelling 80%
