Responsibilities: Maintain activities in Delphi
Ensure that phones are answered
Provide general administrative support to managers and other coordinators.
Produce month end reports as well as NSO quarterly reports within given timelines.
Assist and coordinate FAMs, industry functions, and trade shows.
Travel arragements for Directors and Managers.
Prepare contracts and proposals as needed from managers.
Assist with the coordination and provide creative input into the development of leisure packages
Assist with the coordination of projects, reports and plans
Manage hotel collateral and giveaways for the Managers
Responsible for creative quarterly communication to our GSO's
Miscellaneous assignments as required.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
Strong computer literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Delphi)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven excellent Guest Service skills
Self-motivated and able to prioritize in a fast paced work environment.
Must be professional, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
Prior Marketing and/or Communications experience, and/or Graphic Design experience is an assett.
Previous experience in an environment working with a sales team an assett.
