This position offers a complex blend of human resources generalist responsibilities in addition to senior level operations functions that include Sales and EBIT performance. Strong organizational and coaching skills are critical for this position. This role provides senior leadership in the store.

Key Accountabilities:
Partner with stores' Executive Team to facilitate recruitment
Maintain integrity of the interviewing and hiring process
Capitalize on a strategic succession plan that anticipates job openings and develops internal talent
Ensure that new executive and staff professionals are properly "on-boarded", including all training modules
Leverage business relationships with regional store organization
Ensure that all counseling and required formal reviews are delivered
Ensure fair and consistent application of all policies and procedures
Serve as the ultimate role model of outstanding service
Empower a cohesive team that is eager to serve
Maximize sales opportunities
Maintain OTH standards without compromising quality talent
Ensure consistent review of weekly business reports to maximize selling opportunities
Ensure appropriate event signage and execution of markdown presentation
Manage expense and EBIT performance
Achieve shortage and new account goals
Ensure compliance to building operation standards and partner with Asset Management
Monitor and manage all overtime and non-selling time
Meet expense and flex performance objectives
Manage shortage and inventory standards

Skills Summary:
5-7 years experience as HR Generalist or equivalent
Strong leadership, administrative and organizational skills
Strong platform skills with ability to address large groups
Proficient with statistics and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas to achieve results
Administratively and analytically strong
Excellent organizational; and follow-up skills
Strong team player, able to build relationships and effectively work with all levels of management; is very approachable
Must relish giving guidance and support to others
Strategic ability to roll out new initiatives
Good at working on team collaborations
High energy level and positive can-do attitude
