We are looking for an Product Support Specialist to join our Product Management department located in Columbia, MD.

Scope of Position General responsibilities include client service/communication, marketing support, contract management and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. Scope includes servicing all of Arbitron’s third party software providers by resolving issues relating to 3PP questions regarding survey and release dates, fulfillment, and contracts.

Accountabilities: Communicate with relevant stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal to ensure all contracts, clearances, and other supporting documentation is prepared and administered in a timely and thorough manner. Act as a contact point for onboarding all new third party processors including invoicing, data distribution, all new customers with reference to product/service delivery, and any initial start-up issues. Maintain the third party processor contact database and coordinate with contracts and fulfillment. Manage a resource center for third party processors to access information about key Arbitron initiatives and project timelines. Participate in meetings related to key Arbitron initiatives and communicate with third party processors regarding the implications of these initiatives. Contribute to event based communications including a quarterly newsletter, as well as data reissues and data releases; support the planning and the creation of content for meetings with third party processors. Lead the process for conducting a 3PP audit; a process designed to ensure that Arbitron 3PPs are referencing and using the data as defined in contracts. Support internal plans for determining third party processor readiness for implementing new or revised datasets. Collect and report out on all interactions with third party processor activities and inquiries. Lead the production of data for matching Arbitron data for Arbitron’s spot matching service; develop appropriate modifications to the production tool as requested by the client. Maintain and create the list of creation of sports schedules for Arbitron’s online sports application. Assume client facing responsibilities for third party processors for Arbitron’s RLD program including support and communication. Product lead for Arbitron’s qualitative services including Retail Direct and Retail Direct Lite. Support the effort for determining the specifications for developing a summary data set for Arbitron’s integrated audio service. Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Experience Requirements: Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability Assertive and proactive problem solver Strong tasked focused orientation At least two year of experience in administrative support, contracts, or customer service preferred. Experience with managing under tight deadlines Proficiency with MS Office suite of software Excellent oral and written communicator Previous knowledge of Arbitron’s business practices preferred Bachelor’s degree
