This position provides insightful and meaningful data analysis on a wide range of topics within the Human Resources department, including but not limited to, Recruitment, Leadership Development, Training, Organizational Development, and other Generalist activities. Main responsibilities involve understanding and interpreting HR data collected among Viacom and all divisions. The key person will also manage HR system enhancements and projects.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Manage data collection and metrics data inputs. Compile reports and data related to human resources functions, including: headcount and retention analysis, compensation, employee performance, workforce development. Prepare conclusions in charts, graphs or spreadsheets in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner. Perform statistical analysis (retention, headcount, open positions, etc.).

Content creation assistance –Source benchmarking data and apply to analytics to ensure accurate benchmarking of the Company’s processes against best practices.

Data integrity - Ensure all information is complete and accurate for the departmental scorecards and the Company’s business analytics systems. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with data providers for resolution.

Manage and maintain HR dashboard content - Integrate user feedback into continuous process improvement. Modify content based on business unit needs and user feedback

Develop and maintain procedures for the metrics report generating process. Investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing the automation of the reporting process. Assess reporting requirements on an ongoing basis, creating automated reporting tools, and collaborating with departments across the organization to meet the ever-changing needs. Develop ad-hoc queries and reports.

Responsible for assisting in the testing of system upgrades, on-going enhancements, or new applications, and assist with projects. Responsible for the creation of test scripts as necessary and inputting/oversight of transactions for database changes effecting Payroll, Employee Demographics and Benefits in HR database.
