Currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Hauppauge area!!!
We are seeking a results oriented Customer Service Representative to join a highly successful team in Hauppauge. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide each customer with courteous and friendly service attending to their individual needs.
Order entry, returns processing, call tags.
Order Management – Ensure customer compliance is attained.
Interface with Sales for customer setup and pricing.
Collaborate with Supply Planning team to ensure Fill Rate targets are met
Reducing company chargebacks
Heavy inbound calls from retailers / consumers
Weekly Excel customer status reports
Customer/consumer issue resolution
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and must demonstrate a positive attitude, tremendous desire and passion to achieve excellence.
2 to 4 year minimum Customer Service Experience preferred.
Experience with “Big Box” retailers
Experience dealing with chargebacks
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and resolve daily issues with customers
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work well and contribute in a team environment.
Experience using Outlook, Excel and Word software
Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm
