Specifically, this position will: Support development and publication of plans and technical milestones; develop, coordinate and maintain Integrated Master Plan & Schedule; evaluate and update plans and milestones. Other duties and responsibilities include:
Coordinate all planning and management activities for diverse SAOC Section staff and projects
Performs research, forecasting, implementation, and evaluation of complex policies, plans, regulations.
Applies knowledge of research, analysis, planning, performance measurement, and evaluation methodologies.
Coordinates Section planning activities with SEVP management, branches and stakeholders
Supports and develop plans of action, technical/programmatic milestones and schedules based on management decisions related to program plans, performance, and operations
Supports Program & Project Management by determining objectives, resource allocations, and reviewing final reports, deliverables and/or publications.
Master's Degree or equivalent experience required
Ten years of specialized experience that equips the candidate to do the job duties. Examples of experience include ability to conduct studies, analyzing findings and making recommendation on substantive operating programs that require applying a knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques along with a knowledge of mission, organization, and work processes of the programs and the relationships of administrative support activities; performing a wide variety of analytical studies and projects related to management improvement, productivity improvement, management controls, and short- and long-range planning including developing guidance and techniques for management and methods improvement, analyzing and advising on proposed reorganizations or realignment functions and developing manuals and directive covering varying aspects of the operations.
Experienced program/project manager; operations; ability to receive & maintain Secret clearance; PMP certification and MS Project experience
Additional Required Knowledge Skills:
**The selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigations. All applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement to pass this investigation. Applicants with an existing DHS or DoD security clearance may be given preference.
