Test our product with relentless passion with particular focus on white box testing
Work closely with both product managers and software engineers to help ensure the quality, reliability and security of Zynga’s payments and commerce applications. Drive designing for testability.
Create QA test plan for very large projects, including time estimates and resource planning
Break down a product into test cases with solid, measurable coverage
Plan, design, and implement re-usable and flexible functional and regression white box tests
Automate Web UI and API tests
Drive continuous improvement of existing automation scripts
Report defects and follow-up on them through resolution, report on release readiness
Show creativity, sound judgment, and foresight to identify potential problems with assigned applications
Be a strong team player as well as strong individual contributor
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA white and black box testing
Experience in automations to cover functional and regression testing for at least 2 products
Prior experience using Selenium
Working knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
Analytical, excellent problem solving skills
Able to troubleshoot, investigate and validate issues on web application servers on Linux such as Tomcat, WebLogic, Jetty, Apache, or JBoss.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Prior experience with testing applications on a high-traffic site
Experience with open-source test frameworks such as JUnit, JMock or equivalent
