Design and develops innovative and engaging eLearning/online training courses and other learning interactions using a working knowledge of instructional design in combination with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Captivate.
Builds e-Learning/Online Training Courses for 5,000+ Chase Branches and over 50,000 Chase Branch Employees
Designs graphics, illustrations and other visuals to represent complex content, facts, processes and procedures
Creates interactive experiences, simulations and tests to enhance the learning experience
Ensures training course teaches what it's suppose to teach
Uses personal experiences and internal partners to make decisions and recommendations around presentation, layout, display, treatments, etc.
Follows usability and functionality standards
Position based in Columbus, OH - no relocation assistance provided
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
2-5 years experience in designing and developing e-Learning/online training
Excellent skills in course development applications such as Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Captivate
Demonstrated experience with timeline coding or external ActionScript files. Knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 preferred, but not required.
Experience in adult learning and Web-based instruction design methods is highly desirable
Financial/Retail Banking experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a member of high performance teams in a project driven environment
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
