The
Catering Specialist is responsible for the operation and organization of the St.
Luke’s Catering Department as they apply for the overall philosophy and
objectives of St. Luke’s Hospital and the Dining Service Management Team.

The Catering Specialist is responsible
for the provision of timely meal and beverage service to banquet rooms within
the hospital and affiliated buildings. The Catering Specialist works
cooperatively with the Production Area in Dining Service and other departments
within the hospital.
