This position will be responsible for providing consultation and technical assistance to Ryan White and HOPWA contractors, recommending and implementing new program services or revisions to existing program services based on federal rule or procedures changes, needs assessments or review of program outcome indicators. Conducts routine programmatic monitoring of Ryan White and HOPWA service providers to assess the quality and level of services delivered by each agency under contract and to ensure compliance with grant and DHEC requirements, program standards, and policies. Coordinates and conducts program services record reviews in order to assess programmatic compliance. Responsible for coordinating the development, coordination and evaluation of the statewide Ryan White and HOPWA programs. Develops follow-up technical assistance/improvement plans as appropriate with individual service providers. Serves in a consultant capacity to DHEC Ryan White and HOPWA contractors and other local programs to better coordinate service delivery to persons affected by HIV disease. Develops procedures for the collection, verification, maintenance and analysis of service and client data; analyzes, interprets and produces results in written and oral manner. Prepares routine and special reports, assists with the coordination of contractor meetings, assists in the development of annual grant submission, and coordinates the Ryan White Needs Assessment process. Assists in the statewide Quality Management initiative.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Health or Healthcare Management, or a closely related field. A minimum of 4 years experience working in human service organization setting.
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Health or Healthcare Management.
