Claims Adjuster Team Manager

We are seeking an innovative manager to lead a team of employees involved in the investigation and settlement of claims. As a Claims Adjuster Team Manager , you will be responsible for guiding the productivity, file quality and delivery of customer service by your adjuster team engaged in multi-state property/casualty claims. Duties will include recruiting/training, establishing performance goals, reviewing files for compliance, interfacing with multiple departments and handling escalated customer issues. You will also advise adjusters on cases beyond their authority and provide technical guidance.

The candidate we seek will have:

  • 5+ years in personal lines/multi-line field adjusting (auto, liability, homeowners)
  • 2+ years’ supervisory experience in a personal lines claims environment
  • AIC, FCLA, SCLA or CPCU professional designations preferred
  • Insurance licenses (or ability to obtain) for required states
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, delegation and results-oriented skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent amount of education and experience

    Minimum starting annualized salary: $69,030 + DOE.
