Job Functions:

The Customer Service Operational Support role will provide support to all areas of Servicing by responding to customer e-mails, handling inbound and outbound calls, working tasks to apply customer payments, indexing customer submitted documents to I-Desk, providing back-up for the Servicing/DLD call centers, and responding to written correspondence from homeowners.

Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm.
