Summary of Work:
The primary function is to provide support services for the Secretary of State’s office under the direction of the Operational Management Director and agency Unit Leads. Work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday which may include some or all of these duties:

Receptionist and telephone responsibilities for the office
Mail processing, scanning, and auditing responsibilities for the office
Filing and routine maintenance of office wide central file
Reviewing and filing business documents
Continuous use of office wide computer database
Interaction with office customers by telephone and in-person
Additional duties assigned by Operational Management Director and/or Unit Leads
