Summary:
The Contracts Administrator reports to the Project Manager, who has ultimate responsibility for both the quality of deliverable and effective execution of project assignments. The position will provide coordination of technical activities on the assigned projects for all assigned personnel and other project participants ensuring that the requirements of the Contract are satisfied.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ( Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

1. Manages scheduling, planning, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

2. Prepares estimates and forecasts.

3. Publishes daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports and change orders.

4. Accountable for the successful completion of projects.

5. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, conception of construction projects and oversee its implementation.

6. Monitor budget requirements and trend tracking.

7. Participate in Client/Contractor meetings.

8. Resolves Client/Engineering and Management project issues

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
CPR/First Aid Certification
10 or 30 Hours of OSHA Safety Training
