Post by Jobing - Increase credit union business with present members and build new relationships with prospective members with emphasis on developing the youth market (age 1–25). Develop and maintain personal contacts within the youth market on a regularly scheduled basis as a professional representative. Manage the brand, promote products and services, and engage members and non–members through social media channels, and execute social media strategy with measureable results.Implement and continuously improve a sales and service program directed at the youth market segment that focuses on new memberships and includes contacting existing members to maintain and expand banking relationships; manage and leverage social media applications; develop and manage youth market merchandising program(s); develop and facilitate financial literacy presentations, including Mad City Money; track activities and results in a database; analyze relevant statistics for the business development plan and make recommendations and presentations to management when required; recruit college student members and maintain brand awareness on college campuses and at college functions; maintain product knowledge by learning new selling techniques, products, and market trends; identify cross–sell opportunities and cross–sell services to members in person, through social media channels, by telephone, email, text messaging, written correspondence and/or through external sales calls; assist in the development of promotional strategies to meet business development goals; conduct training sessions to enhance employees’ awareness of the youth market segment strategies; and represent the credit union at various functions to develop business relationships.College degree greatly preferred, or similar or related experience with youth marketing strategies. Valid New Mexico driver’s license and excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
