The Hospice Bereavement Support Specialist reports to the Coordinator, Bereavement Services and functions as an integral member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team providing support and education to family members after death. Is responsible for coordination of pastoral services proved to terminally ill patients and their families.

Qualifications: The qualified candidate will have a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Ministry or related field. Five (5) years clinical work experience required. Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills required. Previous expreince in the grief process, family dynamics.
