Work in a team based partnering model through every phase of the partner life cycle, from pre-sales qualification, identification of business drivers and solution requirements, presentation of solutions and ROI models, to sales closure and finally through successful implementation
Responsible for successful implementation of partner solutions. A successful implementation is characterized by satisfied customers with a steady or growing number of users and a steady or growing amount of customer logins.
Responsible for working with partner to design and implement effective processes to manage partner products.
Responsible for helping partners achieve sales targets by identifying and helping develop sales enablement programs.
Experience in solution design and development in complex partner environments either as a consultant or employee.
Experience in the consulting and/or professional services business. Familiar with services methods, writing statements of work, project management, running workshops, and managing scope.
Strong communication skills. Able to listen well to needs and to present solutions that meet those needs in a variety of formats and settings both formal and informal. Ability to communicate with top-level executives. Ability to deliver hands-on training to small groups.
Educational background in sales, business or solution consulting. BS required, Masters desired.
