This role will support Card Services and entail the following key responsibilities:
Maintains infrastructure for all Card Services survey data including survey responses, sampling data, reports, etc.
Database developer and administrator for Customer and Employee Satisfaction access databases which is where verbatim is entered and categorized. Also includes survey follow-up process (escalated customer and employee comments).
Troubleshoots technical issues with software/hardware associated with image scanning process for mail-based surveys. Works with vendor and internal IT department to resolve issues as well as the installation and implementation of new software/hardware upgrades.
Manages SharePoint location for Customer Satisfaction Measurement team.
Detailed understanding of analytics / statistics; ability to drive insights from data that inform strategies
Detailed knowledge of Chase Card Services data
SAS & SQL programming ; file manipulation skills
Keen customer service orientation, with strong attention to detail
Superior time management capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and businesses
