Manage relationships with Corporate leadership and provide communications guidance and support.
Manage and develop the Companywide communication campaign strategy and develop communication packages for property implementation
Support Corporate departments on the development of communication programs and initiatives as needed (ex: University, Employment, Sustainability)
Serve as a contact and resource for Corporate leadership
Serve as primary contact for property communications teams, including periodically presenting communications campaigns and timelines
Executive Editor in the execution of companywide initiatives and programs
Manage Corporate welcome/ promotion announcements.
Research, write, photograph and proof for the daily
Work with the Director of Internal Communications to plan/execute Bi-weekly Internal Communications Meetings.
Maintain the Corporate Programs Sharepoint site and Internal Communications Editorial Calendar.
Serve as the Corporate Entities key contact for the MGM Resorts Communications Building.
Perform other job related duties as requested.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications or Public Relations and/or equivalent work experience.
Advanced computer skills in Outlook and Word.
Strong skills in desktop publishing software, graphics, and presentation software, Excel and html deemed favorable.
Need working knowledge of print production and other communication development processes.
Ability to view from employee perspective
Must be able to multi-task and perform at high level in fast-paced, demanding environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, through various communication tools including newsletters, pre-shifts, email, video, PowerPoint, Keynote, Web, Social Media and more.
