The individual will be responsible for the following activities:

Plan, schedule and coordinate all testing activities related to commercial and stability samples (including raw materials, finished product and validation) and project samples. Organize and prepare detailed lab schedules providing the areas with actual guidelines for test and equipment assignment that conform to delivery schedules dates, stability due dates, project due dates according to laboratory capabilities and available manpower. Provide Quality Control Management with priorities to support the production and stability requirements. Responsible for the evaluation of laboratory resources and making recommendations to meet testing due dates for projected sample volumes forecasts. Plans the testing activities required to meet customers demand and inventory/services level goals, while maintaining cost efficiency and an effective quality control operation in terms of capacity and resources utilization.

*Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry
*Three (3) years experience in Quality Control Laboratory performing coordination and scheduling activities
*Five (5) years of working experience in pharmaceutical environment using analytical techniques
*Supervisory experience preferred
*Experience working with SAP preferred
*Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish. Requires reading professional literature and technical manuals; speaking to groups of employees, other public and private groups; writing documents and complex reports in English and Spanish
*Strong decision making skills demonstrating sound judgment
*Strong computer MS Office skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
*Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
*Ability to organize and evaluate information and reach logical conclusions based on the data provided and to explain this information to lead and plan other personnel work
*Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and systems
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and vendors.
*Ability to work successfully with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
*Ability to analyze problems, anticipate situations and identify alternatives and take corrective actions.
*Excellent Communication/Presentation skills
