FDH has a summer internship opportunity for their Human Resources (HR) Team. FDH's internship program is designed to include challenging assignments that will enhance the intern's professional development and supplement their coursework. The HR Intern position pays $12/hour for up to 40 hours per week (workweek is Monday – Friday). The HR Intern will be based in our Raleigh, NC office.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assisting the HR team with projects within the core HR areas of operation, recruitment, benefits administration, employee communications, performance reviews, and participation in HR meetings and employee-based committee meetings.
Eligible interns are rising juniors or seniors enrolled in a full-time degree conferring program at a college or university. Applicants must carry a 2.5 or greater overall grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Applicants must be continuing their education in the fall following their participation in the program. Their major should be human resources management, psychology, or business management.
