We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Manager in our new, 38 th St. Cancer Center Infusion Suite. To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Masters in Nursing strongly preferred), a current New York State RN license, current BLS certification with the American Heart Association and at 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience. The ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment and proven communication and interpersonal skills required. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and coordination of standard of care for the nursing staff at the Clinical Cancer Center. Responsibilities include coordinating daily staffing assignments in order to provide optimal patient care, prioritization and coordination of patient care activities, and the development and education of staff.
