Our client is currently seeking an experienced Siebel Analyst to join their team.
This is a contract position through year end. Seeking an experienced analyst with a proven track record of supporting Siebel projects/initiatives (seeking a minimum of 3 years experience in Siebel but prefer 5+ years).
Will work directly with manager on a day to day basis but looking for a self starter that can work independently with minimal direction/oversight.
Looking for someone to come in as BSA and focus on higher level stuff. Candidate will serve as the liaison between the business team and technical group.
Working with functional and technical consultants to create functional specifications, work through approval process and turn over to developer for delivery working with the developer throughout to get changes or new enhancements implemented.
Will be responsible for full life cycle involvement including testing of enhancements, code fixes and related work to ensure high quality.
Seeking proven experience as an Analyst/Business Systems Analyst with proven experience working directly with customers to gather requirements, documenting requirements, business processes, system changes/enhancements, as well as making recommendations surrounding Siebel implementations.
Modules currently being used are sales related modules such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Activities and Contacts. They are working on a version of account planning but going through revisions.
They have both Siebel on Premise and Siebel on Demand so helpful if someone has background in both. On Demand currently live and what customers are using today but migrating to On Premise in the near future so trying to keep similarities between the two.
Familiarity with business processes surrounding CRM and basic sales process is important as well (i.e. tracking activities, calls, creating opportunities, etc.).
Must have familiarity with Siebel 8.x (220.127.116.11), good oral and written communication, proven experience in training group to take processes and procedures and ensure training programs developed for their approach as they will have a recommended approach given business processes/procedures, and must be someone that can work independently
