Lewan & Associates, Colorado’s information technology leader, is seeking a self-motivated Associate Project Manager for our IT Solutions Managed Services team in Denver. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the managed services industry, supporting customers in dynamic environments.

Essential Responsibilities

- Follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Verification of billing entries for accuracy and appropriateness
- Generating billing for certain solutions
- Generating operational metric reports (customer-facing and internal)
- Tracking contract paperwork, hardware / software orders, and related renewals
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years of supporting customers in a managed services environment working directly with customers and the delivery team to ensure the highest quality of service
- Working with customer personnel, engineers, and account executives, including the highest levels of management
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Team player
- Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed
- Professional demeanor
- Flexibility: task assignment, priorities, work environment
- Open minded, desire to learn
- Quick thinker, creative problem solver
- Decision making ability to establish priorities, credibility, and balance among priorities
- Experience in start-up environments desired
