The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support the the Human
Resources team to provide quality services to the associates and
managers. This position will assist in administration of the Human
Resources tasks and programs in safe and efficient compliance with
policies and procedures, brand standards and federal, state and local
regulations. Knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist
guests as appropriate. Ensures all communication containing Company,
hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy
policies, practices and regulations
High school education plus schooling in human resources or
equivalent experience. One or more years of employment in related
position. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
Bilingual fluency a plus.
Must be knowledgable
in Microsoft Office fluency - Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to
maintain confidentiality with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective
listening and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced
environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and
orientations and exit interviews.
