Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Maintains inter-relationships with the CEO, COO, CNE, ACFO'S, Assistant Controllers, Assistant Administrators, Clinical Directors, Home Office, Managed Care Organizations and Community Employers.
Management of all financial departments, allocation of resources and preparation of annual budget. Departmental responsibility will be for Accounting, Business Office, Reimbursement, Managed Care, Health Information, Case Management, Data Processing, Admitting and ER Registration.
Primary functions will require management of all financial departments, allocation of resources and prepare annual budget.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required
Master's degree and/or CPA certification strongly preferred
Minimum of three years experience in a for profit acute care hospital as an ACFO
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills in the working environment.
Five years of management experience as a supervisor/manager
Hands on experience with computer programs such as Excel, Lotus, and other spreadsheet programs
Experience working in a team environment a must
