Description Project Coordinator

Position Description: The Billing Specialist is accountable for ensuring the customer’s needs are met through timely and accurate invoicing as well as ensuring all necessary documents have been uploaded onto the customer portal. The Billing Specialist will work closely with the customers and Project Managers to quickly resolve invoicing questions and disputes. The Billing Specialist is responsible for timely review and approval of all contractor invoices. The Billing Specialist will work closely with Project Coordinators on disputes and properly document missing documents as well as unapproved time and materials to subcontractors. The Billing Specialist will assist in maintaining Sub Contractor Agreements, Insurance Certificates, and W9s to ensure all documents are up to date. The Billing Specialist will assist with Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments from customers.

Position Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, proficient computer experience such as word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software such as Salesforce.com. Must have exceptional problem solving and organization skills. Prior invoicing experience a plus. College degree preferred.
