IBM has recently acquired Algorithmics a leading provider of a provider of risk management solutions designed to help assess risk, address regulatory requirements and make more insightful business decisions within the financial services industry. Together with our earlier risk and compliance acquisition of OpenPages, we are forming a risk segment within IBM’s SWG Business Analytics division and will bring to market the broadest range of risk management solutions in the industry.

We are looking for a GMU level Senior Sales Leader who will lead the establishment of the new risk segment within the GMU with a particular focus on AP region to take the Risk proposition to market, developing and leading a sales team in identifying and owning opportunities to closure.

The successful candidate will need to have comprehensive knowledge of the risk solution area, specialty's offerings and be responsible for the success of those offerings within the business unit. This professional typically leads large and/or complex opportunities, where customers are national or otherwise significant, and is responsible for winning the business. Have in-depth sales, business and professional skills to work with any level of customer management. This leader will be responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives and strategies for the business unit and the development and performance of the sales team.

Competencies and Skills 
Experience with complex enterprise sales process to financial institutions 
Experience with License and Solution selling models 
Relationship-building at the most senior levels of both line of business and IT areas 
Background in Finance or Risk Management 
Excellent network of business contacts in both financial services and partner related firms 
Excellent customer contacts 
Excellent communication and presentation skills 
Willingness to travel

Seeking for an individual with 10 years of experience and proven track record in consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas with a Software Solutions
