Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, education, psychology, or other disciplines, or equivalent additional experience.
General Experience – Six years experience in a relevant discipline or area of expertise.
Desired expereince supporting Navy programs, systems and/or training. Prior experience supporting the Navy or DoD a plus.
Salary is commensurate with education/experience.
Upon award, this position could take place in 1 of 3 locations. Orlando,FL OR Fayetteville,NC OR Newport News, VA
Job Duties: Must be able to: Plan and execute complex tasks and projects relevant to subject matter; Define analytical methods and perform studies and analyses on subjects within the technical scope of work; Reduce issues to practical recommended options. Specific Experience – demonstrated understanding of Navy Education and Training program requirements; development of Navy Education and Training program policies, goals and objectives; analysis and development of related PPBES issues; development of Capability Plans, Sponsor Capability Plans and Sponsor Program Proposals. Some positions may require programming experience with web pages, Visual Basic or Visual Basic for applications with Access or Excel database.
