The Global Portfolio Administration department provides operational support to the firms Institutional, Private Client and Retail business channels through account reconciliation, account transitions and portfolio administration. The Account Transitions team is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the accuracy of client portfolios throughout the account transition lifecycle. The overall responsibility is to achieve operational excellence by consistently providing a superior level of service to our clients while improving efficiencies without compromising controls or risk management discipline.

Financial Services industry preferred
Ownership of all operational aspects relating to account transitions; account openings, in-kind asset transfers, custodian changes and account closures
Reconciliation of transition related discrepancies utilizing internal and external tools
Communication of transition related issues and impacting events to various internal departments
Confirmation and processing of time sensitive events including asset transfers and local market openings
Research inquiries from internal and external contacts; custodian banks, portfolio managers, trade settlements, client reporting etc.
Maintenance of transition related activity on various accounting systems
