The Compliance Specialist position is responsible for the management of AHM’s compliance initiative for both Certified Pre-Owned programs, including developing training curriculums for dealers, providing regularly scheduled communications to internal and external business units and developing regional pre-owned vehicle conferences. This position also supports the departmental Manager and Assistant Manager in their daily functions – including presentations, various projects and field requests to ensure the department meets the business needs of American Honda, HCUC / ACPV dealers and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise program compliance standards, including policy / procedures and vendor management
Assist in development and implementation of compliance training curriculum
Address all AHM field and dealer personnel inquiries related to Certified Compliance
Liaison between AHM and HNA on program policy enhancements as necessary
Effectively manage weekly compliance communications and program development
