Brief Description The Web Performance Analyst is responsible for managing and reporting the Company’s website analytics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to senior leadership and business line managers. Responsible for analyzing the user experience and identifying both positive and negative interactions (e.g. slow response time, disjointed navigation, complex interactions and problems) and making appropriate recommendations for areas of improvement. Analyze web traffic and trends to optimize traffic pattern to optimize the user experience. Set baselines for web site performance and monitor traffic for compliance to these baselines. Identify variances in the performance of the user interactions and identify resolutions.
Work with business stakeholders to define, analyze and prioritize reporting and tracking requirements. Ensure that the website “calls to action” and planned interaction touch points are achieved and optimized.
Report on key web measures and initiative progress including, but not limited to, search engine performance, marketing campaigns and paid advertising. Interpret and act on key findings and trends in a consultative manner with leadership.
As necessary, coordinate use of web analytics systems with external vendors and ensure secure access processes are utilized.
Solid experience with data analytics, data integration and data management systems
Ability and curiosity to seek the right information to make fact based decisions
Possession of a well-developed structured thinking and problem solving approach
Solid Experience in website content tagging for search engine optimization, and website analytics and reporting
Familiarity with web graphic design and “call to action” website planning
Understanding of multiple media formats and advertising delivery mechanisms & their interaction
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Corresponds openly and directly, listens carefully, diffuses and negotiates conflicts, cooperates as a responsible team player, and elicit and applies technical information
Can work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and contributor member roles
Solid project management experience and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Five years of relevant business experience
Excellent track record developing and delivering reports and presentations to middle management
Leads and directs projects within own areas and may lead across other divisions, departments, or functions
Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative
Possesses a complete understanding of area of specialization
