You must be currently ready now to run a high volume big box clothing retail store. A successful candidate must have a minimum of two years experience as store management in soft-line retail, a high volume retail store or equivalent experience. Must be able to manage 9 Department Heads and an hourly staff of 50 to 65 associates in a high paced/volume store. Excellent salary wage, bonus program and a benefits package that includes medical, paid vacation, 401(k) and generous store discounts.
