The Shared Services, a division of Enterprise Holdings, Citations department has an exciting opportunity for a Mail Coordinator. The Shared Services facility located in Tulsa, OK provides back-office, clerical, administrative, and accounting support to the field locations of National Car Rental, Alamo Rent-a-Car, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
The Mail Coordinator will open and sort all incoming mail within the same day received where possible or the following business day. Ensure that all the outgoing mail is sent promptly including checks and FedEx packages.
Mail out all court, customer, and miscellaneous letters.
Retrieve mail from the building mail center daily.
Sort citations and other mail for the citations department.
Complete court required affidavit forms to transfer liability.
File and retrieve records.
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or GED required.
1+ years experience in a fast paced mail clerk setting.
Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Must be willing to accept starting pay of $10/hour.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to sort over 7,000 letters weekly.
Team player, works well under minimal supervision.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
