Job Duties

  • Train new dealers on the process of working Focus leads
  • Train new dealers on how to use the Focus CRM
  • Monitor dealer activity to ensure they are working the program
  • Take action when dealers have issues and are not selling cars
  • Be the customer service liaison between the dealership and Focus
  • Responsible to keep dealers active, successful, and on the program


  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience required
  • Working knowledge of CRM's - Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience working for, at, or with car dealers
  • Must have strong marketing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to properly identify and solve problems quickly
  • Must be analytical and organized
  • Must be able to tell the customer they are wrong when they are
